Triovest Head Office Renovation

We were selected to provide General Contracting services for the complete renovation of Triovest's new head office. We knew that this project was going to be unique because the work was completed while their employees were still working in the building.

It wasn’t uncommon to have visitors to the floor who wanted to take a look around and see the progress for themselves. These informal visits led to some interesting conversations, and on-the-fly revisions to make sure the space was exactly what Triovest was looking for.

As news of a global pandemic started taking over the news, we dug in deep to make sure that we completed the project before any potential work restrictions delayed our progress. We were able to complete the project 7% faster than scheduled and handed over a completed project on March 13, 2020.

We successfully completed the Tenant Improvements, which included unique architectural features within the common lunch spaces and reception area, an upgraded elevator lobby and a substantial demountable partition scope. We also coordinated the full move and set up for the tenant from their existing office space.
